Adam Fischer
Founder and Managing Partner
Adam Fischer is the founder and Managing Partner of ASF Legal Advisors.
Adam focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions and related business matters. He represents owners, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and operators in connection with commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development, joint ventures, and ongoing asset-level matters.
His experience includes transactions involving retail, office, restaurant, hospitality, medical office, and mixed-use properties.
Before founding ASF Legal Advisors, Adam practiced at national law firms and served as general counsel for a private equity real estate investment and development company.
His in-house experience informs his approach to private practice. In addition to addressing the legal terms of a transaction, Adam considers the commercial objectives, negotiating dynamics, operational implications, and practical risks involved.
Adam also serves as outside and fractional general counsel to businesses seeking ongoing legal support and coordination across a range of legal matters.
